Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced telecaller with administrative skills to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
– Receive and handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
– Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
– Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills:
– Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role for at least 2 years.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
– Proficiency in using MS Office applications for data entry and documentation.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or administrative roles.
– Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
