Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Online Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on various online platforms to acquire projects for the company. The Online Bidder must have strong communication skills, a good understanding of client requirements, and the ability to negotiate effectively to secure projects.
Responsibilities:
– Identify potential projects and bid on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
– Create compelling proposals tailored to the client’s needs and submit them within the deadline.
– Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide relevant information.
– Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure projects at favorable rates.
– Maintain records of all bids, responses, and project details for future reference.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Online Bidder or in a similar role.
– Proven track record of successfully securing projects through online bidding platforms.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
