Job Description:
Excent Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Bidder to join our Business Development team.
This is a great opportunity for freshers interested in IT sales and client engagement. You will work on acquiring ,
projects from freelancing platforms and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Search and bid for suitable projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru.
Draft tailored and persuasive proposals based on client requirements.
Communicate with potential clients through chat and email to understand project scope.
Collaborate with the technical team for project estimates and solution planning.
Follow up with clients and manage ongoing communications to convert leads.
Maintain records of proposals, responses, and project outcomes.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong proposal writing and documentation skills
Basic understanding of IT services (e.g., web development, mobile apps, digital marketing)
Familiarity with online bidding portals (training will be provided)
Negotiation and client-handling skills
Time management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
