Job Title: Junior Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive with at least 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
Responsibilities:
– Research and identify new business opportunities
– Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies
– Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to clients
– Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
– Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
