Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our International Voice Process (GPLAY) team at Cognizant. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via voice calls and resolve their issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely solutions.
Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure quality service.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed performance targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Adapt to changing processes, technologies, and customer needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Any Graduate (undergraduates are also welcome to apply)
Experience: Freshers are welcome (No prior experience required)
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with clear pronunciation and fluency.
Customer Service Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to maintain attention to detail and ensure a high level of service quality.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in customer service or international voice process (preferred but not mandatory)
Familiarity with CRM software and other technical tools (preferred)
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
CTC (Cost to Company): Up to ₹3,10,000 per annum
