Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR Shared Services Specialist with 2 years of experience to join our team.
The specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR support and services to employees across the organization.
Responsibilities:
– Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs
– Process HR transactions such as employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and data management
– Provide support for HR technology tools and systems
– Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to address more complex HR issues
– Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2 years of experience in HR shared services or a similar role
– Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology tools
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
