Job Title: HR Recruitment
Salary Structure:
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Incentives: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

The HR Recruitment role involves sourcing, attracting, and assessing candidates for various job positions within the organization. The primary goal is to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company’s hiring needs.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in writing and posting job descriptions
– Source candidates through online channels and social media
– Screen resumes and application forms
– Conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates
– Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
– Assist in conducting reference and background checks
– Maintain candidate databases
– Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational abilities
– Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Knowledge of recruitment software/tools is a plus
– Certification in HR management is desirable
