As an HR Recruiter with 1-4 years of experience, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s staffing requirements.

– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
– Conduct reference checks and background screenings on potential candidates.
– Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
– In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent time management and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office.
– Experience in recruiting for diverse positions across various industries.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
– SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
– 1-4 years of experience in HR recruitment or a similar role.
