Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent to fill open positions within our organization. The HR Recruiter will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet our staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
– Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
– Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
– Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
– Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members
– Extend job offers to selected candidates and facilitate onboarding process
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2+ years of proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
– Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
– Experience using recruitment software and social media for sourcing candidates
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
– 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role
– Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for candidate sourcing
