Source and screen candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri
Coordinate and schedule telephonic and face-to-face interviews
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support the HR team in various recruitment-related activities
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proactive and highly active on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
