Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recruitment experience and a strong understanding of sourcing and screening candidates. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting talent, conducting interviews, and assisting with the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
– Source and attract candidates through various channels
– Screen candidates resumes and job applications
– Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
– Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
– Assist in organizing various recruitment events
– Prepare and present job offers
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Requirements and Skills:
– 1 year of experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
– Solid understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
– Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, video, in-person)
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
