Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting with the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for recruiting top talent.

Responsibilities:
– Review and screen resumes
– Conduct phone and in-person interviews
– Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
– Post job openings on various platforms
– Maintain candidate databases
– Assist with onboarding processes
– Keep up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Strong organizational skills
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques

Qualifications:
– 6 months experience required, but internship or coursework in HR is preferred
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
