Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
– Source potential candidates through online channels, job postings, and networking
– Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
– Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
– Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
– Communicate with candidates and provide updates throughout the recruitment process
– Assist with onboarding new hires
– Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
– Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
– Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with applicant tracking systems
