Job Description:
RS Brothers Retail India Ltd is hiring an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter (Female Only) to manage end-to-end recruitment processes at our Sanathnagar, Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in HR recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-up
Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring needs
Post jobs on various platforms and manage job advertisements
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and hiring tools
Proficiency in job portals and professional networking sites
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines
