Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Salary: â‚ą2.40 LPA CTC + Incentives
Job Description:
Buzzworks is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team at our Gurugram office. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting the company’s staffing needs by sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate (mandatory)
0–2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in Non-IT hiring)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
