Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with at least 2 years of recruitment experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings within the organization. This role requires a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
– Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
– Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
– Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
– Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
– Make job offers and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates
– Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
– Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
– Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing candidates

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Experience with applicant tracking systems
– Strong organizational and time management skills
