Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and be able to identify top talent to meet our hiring needs.

Responsibilities:
– Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
– Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
– Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
– Coordinate job fairs and other recruitment events.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting documentation.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– 1+ years of experience in recruitment.
– Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
