Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our team.
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization.
This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices to ensure the successful acquisition of top talent.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
– Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.
– Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and documentation.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
– 1+ years of experience in recruitment or HR.
– Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
