Job Overview:
As an HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening,
and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to
understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and candidate profiles
– Source candidates through various online channels and networking
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
– Conduct reference checks and background screenings
– Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database
– Keep abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
– Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
