Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor of Business Administration – BBA, Bachelor of Commerce –
B.Com, Bachelor of Arts – BA, Bachelor of Science – B.Sc, etc.)
Candidates who are pursuing or have completed a Master of Business Administration
(MBA) in Human Resources will be given preference
Experience:0 to 1 year of experience
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Working Days:Monday to Saturday (6 working days per week)
Work Type:Full-time
On-site (office-based work)
Gender Preference:Female candidates preferred
Interview Mode:Telephonic round
Face-to-face interview
Joining:Immediate joiners will be prioritized
Job Description:
NIT Solution is hiring HR Recruiters (Freshers) who are enthusiastic about starting their
careers in Human Resources. We are looking for dynamic individuals who can work in a
fast-paced environment and have a passion for interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri
Conduct initial telephonic screenings and coordinate face-to-face interviews
Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly active and proficient in using platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the HR domain
