Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager (Male)

Location: Memedabad, Gujarat

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in HR

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting regular check-ins, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Performance Management: Assist in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and implementing performance improvement plans.
Training and Development: Identify employee training needs and coordinate relevant training programs to enhance skill sets.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Ensure accurate processing of payroll, benefits, and other compensations.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Problem-Solving: Address HR-related challenges and provide timely solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and other HR-related software.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Experience: 2 to 5 years in an HR role with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
