Job Description: Guest Service Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities
– Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes
– Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities and services
– Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
– Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
– Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
– Process guest payments and maintain accurate records

Requirements and Skills
– Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a guest service role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software

Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus
– Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
– Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
– Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
– Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
