We have an urgent requirement for a Guest Relation Manager for a reputed healthcare organization in Mumbai and Gurgaon.

Position: Guest Relation Manager
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon
Gender Preference: Male / Female
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly
Maintain positive relationships with patients, visitors, and hospital staff
Assist guests with hospital procedures, appointments, and service-related inquiries
Handle guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary
Coordinate with different departments to enhance the overall guest experience
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and prepare reports
Monitor and improve service quality and operational efficiency
Required Skills:
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Multitasking and time management skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Familiarity with healthcare industry standards is an added advantage
