About the Company:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and dedicated Telecaller to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a bachelor’s degree and basic English communication skills, who are eager to assist customers with queries and resolve complaints effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, addressing product-related queries, concerns, and complaints.
• Provide accurate and timely information about our ceramic products, pricing, availability, and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem, offering appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a record of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the system.
• Ensure that customer feedback is escalated to the relevant departments for further action, if necessary.
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to follow up on customer requests and ensure smooth delivery and service.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring that each customer feels valued and heard.
• Stay updated on product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate responses.
Qualifications:
• Any Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline).
• Basic proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills and Competencies:
• Customer-focused with a keen interest in helping others.
• Patience and problem-solving ability when handling complaints.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
