We are seeking a Freelance Non-IT Recruiter with experience in the Manufacturing and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sectors. In this flexible, commission-based role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in these industries.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards, LinkedIn, and your network to find qualified candidates.
Client Interaction: Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Offer Management: Present job offers and handle candidate negotiations.
Requirements:
2+ years of recruitment experience, especially in Manufacturing and BFSI sectors.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently in a freelance setup.
