Job Title: Field Loan Officer
Job Overview:
As a Field Loan Officer with 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for helping clients secure loans for various purposes. Your role will involve assessing loan applications, conducting thorough financial analysis, and evaluating creditworthiness. You will also be required to build relationships with clients, provide guidance on loan options, and ensure compliance with lending regulations.
Responsibilities:
– Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on financial information and credit analysis.

– Conduct on-site visits to assess the feasibility and purpose of the loan.
– Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to make informed lending decisions.
– Provide guidance to clients on suitable loan options and repayment terms.
– Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies throughout the loan process.
– Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Requirements and Skills:
– 1 year of experience in a similar role.
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
