Job Description:
We are looking for an Export Documentation Executive to handle and manage all export-related documentation processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping-related documents.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs officials for smooth export operations.
Maintain and update records of shipments, orders, and document submissions.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding shipping schedules and documentation requirements.
Handle any discrepancies in export documents and resolve issues promptly.
Keep up-to-date with changes in export laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
Strong attention to detail to ensure document accuracy.
Good communication skills for coordination with shipping partners and internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for report generation and email communication.
Ability to handle multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
Understanding of customs clearance processes is a plus.
