Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team. The Domestic IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting IT professionals for various positions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified IT candidates.
– Review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
– Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
– Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific positions.
– Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
– Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
– Maintain candidate databases and consistently communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
– Proven track record of successfully recruiting IT professionals.
– Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, such as applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
– Knowledge of IT roles and technologies is preferred.
