We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to our clients in a timely manner via phone, email, or chat. The Customer Support Representative will represent the company and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information
– Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
– Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
– Assist in maintaining customer databases and updating customer records as needed
Requirements and Skills:
– 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure
– Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
– Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
– High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
