Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive with at least 3 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various channels and resolving,
customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
– Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
– Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels
– Providing product information and troubleshooting guidance to customers
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Customer Support Executive or similar role for at least 3 years
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
– Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
– Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support software
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
– Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service
