Job Overview:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and issues through various communication channels. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
3. Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance.
4. Escalating complex issues to senior staff members when necessary.
5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
3. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
4. Basic knowledge of customer support tools and software.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
