Salary: Up to ₹16,099 CTC per month

Job Overview:
We are hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives for our BSES Inbound Process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls related to BSES queries
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow call handling procedures and ensure customer satisfaction
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Team player with a positive and professional attitude
