Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass) or Graduation
Proficient in English and/or Hindi
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required)
