Job Requirements:
Eligibility:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduation
Experience:
At least 6 months of telecalling experience in any of the following areas:
Motor Insurance
Life Insurance
General Insurance
Health Insurance
Medical Sales
Language Skills:
Candidate must be comfortable in English communication
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding insurance services
Provide accurate information about insurance products and services
Maintain customer satisfaction through professional interaction
Maintain records of conversations and update customer profiles
