Job Description:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team at a leading multinational company. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with prior experience in customer service who are willing to work night shifts (USA-based timings).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints promptly.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding products/services.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including handling sensitive customer information.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Education: HSC to Graduate.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service (preferably in a BPO or contact center environment).
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month (in-hand) depending on experience.
