Job Title: Customer Service & Upselling (AUS Shift)
Location: Thane (Ghodbunder)

Salary: ₹21,000 to ₹27,000 per month

Shift: Australian Shift (AUS Shift)

Eligibility:

Graduate Fresher or Experienced
Excellent communication skills in English
Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
Upsell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and accurate solutions.
Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products and services to customers.
Ensure all customer queries and concerns are handled promptly and effectively.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with service offerings.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to sales and customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate Fresher or Experienced in customer service or sales-related roles.
Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on customer queries and concerns.
Ability to work in the AUS Shift (Night Shift).
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
