Job Description

Job Title: Mocktail Boy/Counter Boy (2 Positions)
Location: Durgakund, Banaras & Amaniganj, Ayodhya
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years
Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹16,000
Shift Timings: 10 hours

Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming environment.
Take orders for mocktails, beverages, and snacks from customers.
Ensure all customer needs are met in a polite and professional manner.
Preparation of Mocktails and Beverages:

Prepare mocktails and beverages based on customer orders, ensuring the presentation is appealing and consistent.
Ensure the quality of drinks is maintained as per the restaurant’s standards.
Follow recipes and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Cash Handling:

Operate the cash register and process payments (cash or digital) accurately.
Provide the correct change and ensure smooth payment transactions.
Cleanliness and Hygiene:

Keep the counter area clean and organized at all times.
Ensure the cleanliness of glasses, utensils, and other equipment used in the preparation of drinks.
Follow hygiene and safety standards to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Stock Management:

Monitor and manage stock levels for mocktail ingredients and beverages.
Inform the management or storekeeper about low stock levels to ensure timely replenishment.
Order Management:

Accurately take and serve orders, ensuring that customers receive their beverages in a timely manner.
Assist in serving food or snacks along with drinks, as per customer orders.
Teamwork:

Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and floor in-charges to handle customer orders effectively.
Customer Feedback:

Collect customer feedback and communicate any concerns or suggestions to the management.
Handle any minor complaints professionally and escalate to the supervisor when necessary.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant, cafe, or bar.
Customer Service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks at once (taking orders, preparing drinks, managing payments).
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in preparing orders, handling cash, and maintaining cleanliness.
Team Player: Ability to work well with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
