Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Overview:
Our company is seeking a skilled CNC Operator with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure precision and quality in the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
– Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
– Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
– Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
– Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area
– Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Operator
– Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
– Strong attention to detail and precision
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills:
– Proficient in operating CNC machines
– Knowledge of machining processes and techniques
– Basic understanding of CAD/CAM software
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication skills
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent

– Certification in CNC operation or related field is a plus
