Job Overview:
We are seeking a Client Relationship Trainee to join our team and provide support in managing and enhancing relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues or concerns.

Responsibilities:
– Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
– Assist in resolving client inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
– Collaborate with the client relationship team to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
– Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in client relationship management

Requirements:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Basic understanding of customer relationship management principles
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or client relationship role
– Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
