Job Overview:
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns while promoting products or services to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
– Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
– Address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
– Monitor client accounts and provide updates on account status and performance.
– Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads for new clients.
– Prepare reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
– Previous experience in client relationship management is preferred.
