Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to start a career in business development, has a passion for sales, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
Client Outreach: Conduct outreach activities including cold calls, emails, and networking to generate leads and schedule meetings.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
Market Research: Gather and analyze market and industry information to understand trends and opportunities.
Sales Support: Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving targets.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and business development strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
