Position: Business Development Manager

Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Field Sales)
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients for banking products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
Meet sales targets and business objectives through effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless customer service.
Conduct presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and report to management.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to generate leads and close deals
Knowledge of banking products and services
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach

Ability to work independently and in a team
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹3 LPA to ₹5.50 LPA
