Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships,
and driving business growth for our IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic and international IT markets.
Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, email marketing, and cold calling.
Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
Stay updated with market trends, competition, and industry developments.
.Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT services or software solutions sales.
Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Experience with international sales or B2B marketing is a plus.
