Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Job Description:
We are urgently hiring for the position of Online Bidder / Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and projects through online bidding platforms.
Prepare proposals and communicate with clients effectively.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the internal team to deliver tailored solutions.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Meet monthly targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in writing proposals and dealing with international clients.
Good understanding of IT services and technologies.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding or business development in the IT industry.
