Job Description:
We are urgently looking for experienced and motivated Business Development Executives to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong understanding of business growth strategies in the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and proposals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development (preferably in IT or technology sectors).
Strong communication skills with fluent English (both written and spoken).
Ability to handle client meetings, negotiations, and closures independently.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
