About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing the full cycle of ERP implementations, along with proficiency in BRD, FRD, Use Case Diagrams, and SQL Server. The position is based in Pune, and the candidate should be able to join immediately or within a 30-day notice period.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the End-to-End ERP Implementation process, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the system.
Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to clearly communicate business needs and project scope.
Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) outlining detailed functional specifications for development teams.
Develop and maintain Use Case Diagrams to illustrate system processes and functionalities.
Utilize SQL Server for data analysis, report generation, and database management.
Collaborate with both business and technical teams to define and prioritize project requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and manage stakeholder expectations.
Assist in the creation of test plans, use cases, and end-user training materials.

Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in ERP Implementation projects.
Strong expertise in BRD, FRD, Use Case Diagrams, and SQL Server.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, liaising with business users and technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
