Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead the Agency Channel for a reputed Life Insurance company in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and developing a high-performing team of agents while driving business growth in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage life insurance agents
Drive sales performance and achieve business targets
Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies
Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Provide ongoing training and support to the agency team to ensure productivity and motivation
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 2–3 years in Life Insurance (Agency Channel preferred)
Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
Gender: Open to All Genders
Career Level: Mid-Level
Salary: Up to ₹11 LPA (based on experience and fit)
