Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Branch Manager with at least 3 years of experience to oversee the daily;
operations of our branch. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader, possess excellent managerial skills,
and have a deep understanding of the financial industry.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement strategies to meet branch goals and objectives
– Manage and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Monitor financial activities and report on branch performance
– Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients
– Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements & Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role
– Strong leadership and managerial skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficient in financial analysis and reporting
– Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
