Job Overview:
The Bidder will be responsible for managing the bidding process for projects and contracts. They will work closely with internal teams and external partners to prepare and submit bids that meet client requirements and maximize the chances of winning contracts.
Responsibilities:
– Review bid opportunities and assess feasibility.
– Develop bid strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
– Prepare and submit bids in a timely manner.
– Coordinate with vendors and partners to gather relevant information for bids.
– Negotiate terms and conditions with clients.
– Monitor and track bid submissions and outcomes.
– Maintain accurate records of bids and contracts.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
– Demonstrated experience in bidding for projects or contracts (2-3 years).
– Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management software.
– Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
– Certification in Bid and Proposal Management is a plus.
