The Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3 years of experience will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
– Identify and research potential clients and develop strategies to build relationships
– Generate leads and follow up on new business opportunities
– Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
– Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
– Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Executive
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
